What's New:

As suspected Andy folded to the pressure of Amanda and McCrae 

and Nominated Jessie and Spencer to be on the block with Jessie as the target. But not before this happened!

The plan is If Jessie wins POV they out up Gina marie and evict Gina Marie. If Spencer wins POV they still put up Gina marie but they evict Jessie

Amanda McCrae Aaryn and Andy have formed a new alliance named 3am'ers

McCrae and Andy are to secure a FAKE F3 with Helen to make sure that Helen will never put up Amanda and McCrae on the block at the same time

Aaryn doesn't like the fact that Amanda is telling her not to trust Helen when all along Aaryn 
thought that Amanda and helen were working together.

Andy and Aaryn know that if it's them vs McManda at the end they will be able to beat them out

Where will Aaryn's trust take her i'm not sure but if she's smart about game she must know that you can never  win over a showmance couple.

Originally Aaryn wants Jessie to stay and to vote out Spencer so we have to see how this week plays out after POV

Meanwhile the Have Nots were delivered Mackerel and Mung beans but Helen  was over joyed with waiting outside

Elissa had some problems adjusting to the slop routine and the smell of the fish with flies on them

Gina Marie doesn't like fish so it's slop balls for her most of the week with protein ice cream. I see her cheating before her  have not time is over.

The HG's had to re do their Good Bye Messages I'm sure it's because they gave out some information to Candice in round one of them and they also had to to make one for Judd. Aaryn got a little cheeky telling everyone this.

I wonder what she really said  in them the first time around! 

Gina Marie  has begun to appreciate Elissa and is now working out with her and disclosed her eating disorder of Bulimia  to Elissa
